RETURNS FOR ONLINE ORDERS

For eligible returns on our items, your return must be within 30 days of the purchase date in its original, unused condition for a full refund (shipping charges excluded).

In order to begin the return process, you must send an email to support@mybudboxx.com with your receipt or order number. A reason for the return must be included in the email. Once this information is received, you will be provided a return authorization number and a return shipping address to our US warehouse. 

NOTE: Return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.

Once our team confirms receipt of the returned item(s) and has verified it’s in original, unused condition, your method of payment will be issued a refund. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the refund. Please be advised it may take several weeks for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

  • All returns must include a proper return authorization number in the shipping bag/box in order to be processed. 
  • Product return requests must be within 30 days of the purchase date on the receipt. 

  • Refunds will be issued in the form of payment used to make the original purchase. Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to reflect on credit or debit card accounts depending on the bank associated with the card.

  • Budbox Boxes, Bags or Bottles must be unused and in perfect condition in original box/mailer. If units have been used, we are unable to accept a return.

  • Customer is responsible for shipping and customs on all international returns.

 

RETURNS FOR RETAIL LOCATION PURCHASES

For purchases of any BudBox Brand product at a retail store, vendor or third party sales channel, you will be required to return to the original place of purchase for any issues related to returns or exchanges. In this case, returns are subject to the retailer's returns policy, please reach out to them directly for assistance. You will be expected to provide some reasonable proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or a credit card/bank statement showing the dollar amount and date of transaction.

RETURNS FOR ITEMS MARKED AS "FINAL SALE"

BudBox Brand does not accept any returns, exchanges or price adjustments and cannot make any refunds on items marked as 'Final Sale'.

SHIPPING

Orders over $50 - Free Shipping

Online customer orders of $50 or more before taxes and discounts will ship free of charge to addresses in the USA and Canada. Some exceptions apply.

Orders under $50 - $9.95

Orders under $50 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95.

Delivery Timing

Most orders are shipped the next business day and should arrive within 2-7 business days after purchase. Tracking information will be provided. 

Incorrect Address

BudBox Brand is not responsible for additional charges or delays that may arise due to  incorrect addresses, improper location entries and/or invalid postal delivery locations.

P.O. Boxes

For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
